Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received (excluding weekends and public holidays).
In case of high order volume, processing may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Regions
We ship to all EU countries.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We use Zasilkovna and its partners accross EU for delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (note: no tracking number will be provided).
Incorrect Delivery Address
If the delivery address you provide is incorrect and the shipment is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at webshop-eu@marryjane.com.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
